Our standard sales terms and conditions:
1. Published rates are in SGD (S$), applicable reduced rates and settlement currency according to delivery destinations will be stated on quote. 
2. No minimum quantity required.
3. Final draft will be shown on final quote to you.
Ensure all details are correct before you approve and make 50% deposit.
**Actual product could differ in colour tones to picture/photos of product ---- DIY Wedding Invites will not be responsible for such inconsistencies.
**Charges for alterations after approval will be advised accordingly.
4. As soon as funds are received, DIY Wedding Invite will inform you of production date and delivery date.
5. Remaining 50% payment to be made upon delivery.
If you elect for DIY Wedding Invites to help you post your invites directly to recipients, remaining 50% payment to be made upon postal confirmation.

FAQ
1. Does handmade mean cards might not turn out the same?
>> Being home based and totally committed to you, handmade invites are also prepared with exact precision with our home tools and machies. You can be rest assured that your invites will turn out as we have promised at order confirmation.

2. Can I get reduced rates for cards only?
>> Rates are negotiable for volume and materials involved. We are happy if you are using your own printing vendors, and we rest with you the decision if our cards and your printing vendor's inserts match perfectly. Enquire here.

3. When is the deadest deadline when I need to order my wedding invites?
>> We need at least 3days-1 week turnaround for delivery. Additionally, for last minute preparations, your deadline should be 1 week + the time which you need to distribute your cards and obtain attendance confirmation before your special day. From experience, 2weeks before your special day would be sufficient if you had obtained informal confirmations before distributing your wedding invites within the last week. But, we do not recommend this as this will cause extreme pressure for yourselves and others involved.

5. I've just started on searching for wedding invites, where should I start?
>> First off, we'd recommend that your wedding invites go along with the theme of your special day. Next, consider family members who might be particularly persistent on english/chinese or other language verses. Then, personally visit the provider to sight the various designs, quality and best price available. Commercialised providers have a fixed set of cards and inserts and mechanised customisation usually comes at a hefty price. Also, if you'd like to emboss, print or include your wedding photo inside of in front of the card, contemporary designs would most likely accentuate. Otherwise, simple and elegant cards with impressive inserts would match perfectly too.

7. How do I pay?
>> Payment can be via cash, bank deposit or cheques. Your order confirmation will state the deposit amount required, collection date and other applicable terms and notes.

8. How would I know if I'm ordering the exact same thing as I'm seeing online?
>> We'd recommend for you to sight our cards personally to decide on colour, texture, layout, customisation and pricing. This would ensure expectations are discussed and set right before production begins so collection can be done timely too. AT DIY Wedding Invite, there is no hidden cost.
